We would love for you to visit! Book a time with a friendly staff, and we will provide enough time for your inspection.

We mandate that all our cats possess up-to-date vaccination records and be spayed or neutered.
This will need to be provided to us to put on record.
We suggest administering deworming treatment before arrival.
To ensure effective protection against contagious diseases, we advise that all vaccines be administered at least two weeks prior to boarding, allowing ample time for antibodies to establish immunity.
For kittens aged 4 months and older, completion of their full vaccination series is required before they can stay at Neko Cat Hotel.
Additionally, cats must exhibit good health, especially without any signs of upper respiratory illness.
Cats recently adopted from a shelter or foster care may need to wait for 3 weeks before boarding.

It is our standard procedure at Neko Cat Hotel to request documentation from your veterinarian confirming that your beloved pet has received an F3 or F4 vaccine within the last twelve months, with at least a 2-week gap before their stay.
Please note, if your cat has not been vaccinated, full immunity will take at least two weeks to develop after the vaccination.

Your feline friend will be fed twice a day with premium dry food, supplied with high-quality cat litter, playtime in our play facilities, 24-7 surveillance and daily cuddle time.
Upon check-in, our team will ask about your cat's food preferences and make every effort to provide them with their regular diet. Neko Cat Hotel is also very flexible for those who prefer to bring their own food. Your supplies will be stored in a fridge or freezer as necessary, and a discount is available if you choose to supply your own food.

If you prefer to bring your own food, bedding, blankets, scratching poles, treats, toys or litter, we are happy for you to do so.
We offer a discounted stay if you choose to provide your own food.
We recommend an item of clothing with your scent to relax your cat during their stay, and encourage you to bring your cat's favourite item to make their stay more comfortable.

Medications must be supplied by the cat owner in their original container. It must be properly labeled with veterinary information and dosage instructions (expired medications will not be accepted).

An administration fee of $5.00 per day applies to all medications prescribed by a veterinarian.

If your cat requires a complex medication schedule that is vital for their well-being, or if they are known to become distressed in unfamiliar environments, we recommend boarding them at your veterinarian's office for their safety and care.

Neko Cat Hotel will be unattended overnight and will not be able administer medication at this time.

Our staff will regularly check in on your cat to ensure they are in good health. Should we notice any sign of illness, you will be promptly contacted.
In the event we are unable to reach you or if the situation is urgent, we will assess if your cat needs a vet or the nearest emergency clinic.
Please note all costs for veterinary care and transportation will be your responsibility as specified in our Terms & Conditions.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer this service as the facility is unattended overnight, and not all conditions can be accommodated by our team. We highly recommend considering a cattery that is connected to a veterinary clinic for your cat's boarding needs.

Rest assured that your cat is having a wonderful time at our luxury cat hotel! Our staff will  provide you with daily updates with what they have been up to including photos. Additional photos and videos will be uploaded on our social media.
If that isn't enough, we provide 24-7 surveillance for you to monitor your furry friends.

We have specific requirements in place to ensure the health and safety of all our cherished guests
To maintain a safe environment for all cats, your feline companion:
Must be spayed or neutered
Must be at least 3 months old
Additionally:
We recommend worm and flea treatment 10-14 days prior to boarding. Please be aware that any guests found with fleas, flea dirt, or worms will be treated at the owner's expense.
Carriers are necessary for transporting your beloved cat to and from Neko Cat Hotel. Due to heavy traffic near our cattery, we want to prevent any escapes between your car and our front door!

Our Neko Cat Hotel is housed within a fully enclosed warehouse, ensuring your furry friend remains on premises throughout their stay (except for vet visits). Our roller door, however, opens during the day to let in fresh air and allow our guests to experience the sights and sounds of the outdoors.

Cats will only stay and play with other cats if they are from the same household.
Rest assured, your cat wont be lonely as our friendly staff will make sure to give them lots of attention and affection.

Neko Cat Hotel accepts Bank transfer, Mastercard or Visa payments. Payment is upfront.

Each cat receives at least 25 minutes of playtime daily. The exact time varies based on the number of cats and their individual preferences. We monitor their behaviour to decide when to encourage play outside their retreats.

If your cat needs to be picked up prior to your planned leave date, any remaining pre-paid nights will be credited to your furry friend's next stay.

Rest assured our facility has industrial heating and cooling units to ensure your pet's comfort throughout their stay.

During your cat's stay, we provide attentive care, monitor their wellbeing and spend quality time with them doing what they love: petting, brushing, playing, and ensuring they're happy and content!
